SHIPPING POLICY

At BlackWisp.Studio, we're committed to delivering your premium streetwear and lifestyle products safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer standard shipping to the following regions:

Netherlands (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Tracking included with all orders

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Available to all 27 EU member states
  • No customs fees for EU customers

EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Customs duties may apply

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Customs duties and VAT may apply post-Brexit

International (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Brazil & Worldwide)

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days depending on destination
  • Tracking included
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents. Different product categories may have varying shipping rates due to size, weight, and fulfillment location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

Many of our products are made-to-order through our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure premium quality and reduce waste. This means:

  • Each item is crafted specifically for you
  • Processing times may vary by product type
  • Multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders outside the EU:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in product or shipping costs
  • These charges are the customer's responsibility
  • Your order may be held by customs, which can delay delivery
  • BlackWisp.Studio is not responsible for customs delays or fees

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs or may receive a partial refund (minus original shipping costs).

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us immediately at blackwisp.studio@gmail.com. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
