Limitation of Liability
BlackWisp.Studio (registered in the Netherlands) makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Customs processing and inspections
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery or failure to collect packages
- Government restrictions or regulatory changes
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order is handed to our shipping carrier and tracking shows "in transit," the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed with the carrier. BlackWisp.Studio will assist in filing claims but is not liable for carrier performance.
Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. BlackWisp.Studio is not responsible for delays beyond our control and cannot offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
This shipping policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For EU customers, your statutory consumer rights under EU consumer protection law remain unaffected by this policy.
Right to Modify
BlackWisp.Studio reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law, including your right to cancel orders within the cooling-off period as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
